In This Tutorial We'll Learn How We Can Create Lens Flare In Photoshop

Steps To Follow:

1. Open The Photoshop Cs3.

2. Fill The Background With Black Color By Using The Fill Tool From The Tool Bar.

3. Now From The Filter Menu Select Render>flare Lens

4. Turn The Brightness To 100% And Click Ok

5. Save The Document And That's All.
