I'm trying to remove the crackle from using my microphone, there is a annoying crackle that continues all the way through the recording, and your trick isn't doing it.
HJDtv :
Actually, I figured it out. There wasn't enough space at the beginning where the crackle was introduced. I ended up recording 2-3 seconds of pure crackle before the voice, and then was able to remove it successfully. Thank you very much!

I figured out how to save the file, but audacity does not improve the noise. When I replay it in audacity the noise is gone, when I send it back into final cut the noise is back again. So plz Lita give me any good feedback of my problem that I share with u I am waiting ur reply thnx.

Use 'import media' and import the processed audio file. Then drag to the time line onto a separate audio track. Then either 'mute' or delete the unprocessed audio track.
